Who are they?
The Bichot family has been established in Burgundy since the 14th century and the house Albert Bichot was founded in 1831. Based in Beaune, it now works across several major parts of Burgundy through its estates and its activities as a wine house. Chardonnay and Pinot noir naturally occupy an important place in its portfolio, but the house also lets you discover Aligoté, the other major historic white grape of the region. Its Burgundy Aligoté thus offers a simple entry point to a livelier, lesser-known side of Burgundy.
