Who are they?
Ferraton Père & Fils is a historic house in Tain-l'Hermitage, in the heart of the northern Rhône Valley. Founded in 1946, it works several of the region's major appellations and maintains a particularly strong connection to Syrah. The estate both develops its own vineyards and runs a négociant operation, with careful attention to the different terroirs. Since the late 1990s, a significant portion of the vineyards has been managed according to organic and biodynamic principles. Its various cuvées let you explore Syrah from multiple angles, from simple, approachable wines to the great expressions of Hermitage.
