Why we love it
Because it shows that cider has its own regional traditions, much like wine. Trabanco Tradicional is neither a fruity sparkling cider nor a sweet one: it is a dry, structured and slightly tannic natural cider made for the table and deeply connected to Asturian culture.

Tasting
In detail.
The nose is complex and dry, with notes of ripe apple and delicate herbs. On the palate, the cider is straightforward, low in sugar and shaped by pronounced acidity and dry tannins. Overall it has a more rustic, gastronomic character than modern fruity ciders, with a persistent, slightly bitter finish.
